I know that Christmas is not meant to be about gifts and tinsel but the birth of Christ. Yet I find my deprssion worst than usually because its 1 week till Christmas and I don't have the money to even buy my 16 yr old daughter a book for christmas or a pair of shoes. She has out grown her other shoes. I am trying to not get OD this month at the bank because that will take me into the New Year in debt. We live in a small apt with 2nd hand furniture that I battle bed bugs. Its a 1 bedroom which I let her sleep in because she is a teen and needs her privacy. She makes good grades in school and takes Honors classes and deserves the world instead of a home w/o tv cause her mom can't afford to make the cable bills. We are blessed to have a Lap top but its 5 yrs old. I suffer from major depression and severe anxiety w/PTSD.
Any help would be welcome because the 6 cents I have won't buy the dishsoap I need or other cleaning supplies. Let alone the book by she wants to read.
